Events at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa draw from the deep well of creativity that abounds throughout the property, which boasts 10,000 square feet on indoor space and 36,000 square feet of outdoor space. Staff members at our resort seek to provide an experience without boundaries. Each space can be enjoyed in multiple ways, and we invite you to create your own ideal experience, connecting not only to the culture of old and new, but also to a vacation with the freedom to take time, to explore, to learn, to rest, and to carry a piece of this special place home with you upon departure.

Foundry Ballroom

A more traditional venue for large-scale events with a generously proportioned pre-function terrace, the Foundry Ballroom’s 3,800 square feet can be sub-divided into four sections, and configured for banquets, receptions, theatre-style, classroom, and more. Rich wood accent walls, midcentury drop lighting, and unique furnishings and bar set ups, make this space anything but truly traditional. Our creative staff will work with you to ensure a unique experience, taking advantage of the design and style of the space.

Studio Rooms

Our Studio rooms, including Easel and Mural, can be sectioned or combined for over 2,000 square feet of total space, and feature an indoor foyer with abundant light from windows that overlook the lush, private Studio Lawn, lit to dramatic effect in the evenings. Also adjacent is a paved outdoor patio easily accessed from our central Guest House. These spaces lend themselves to intimate and unique set-ups that inspire ideas, collaboration and engagement.

Meeting Rooms

Our Meeting Rooms, designed to encourage sharing and innovation, include Forge, Loom and Press. Inside, original art and photography, mid-century modern furnishings, and rich millwork are the canvas for your occasion. Designed with simple, clean lines, open ceilings with exposed trusses and wipe boards, you are inspired to create, learn and share. Windows afford desert and mountain views and adjacent outdoor patios lend to the feeling of openness and possibility.

Guild Boardroom

Always at the ready for the executive meeting, the Guild Boardroom features a permanent board table for 20, as well as a sitting area just perfect for those that need to step away for a private conversation or phone call. Floor to ceiling windows allow for natural light, creating the perfect space for positive thoughts and a flow of creativity. Professional audio visual components ensure that any need is met for a presentation or group discussion.

With an idyllic desert landscape and Camelback Mountain backdrop, our 36,000 square feet of flexible outdoor spaces are ideal for private social events, company meetings, or unforgettable weddings and receptions. Plan the wedding of your dreams or a memorable corporate reception and dinner on the perfectly manicured Palo Verde and Cholla Lawn under the shadow of Camelback Mountain. The Albers Lawn features unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain and is the perfect space for sunset cocktails, intimate gatherings, wedding ceremonies or an enchanting party under the stars. Host an intimate party on the Turquoise Pool Deck, featuring beautiful sunsets over Camelback Mountain
