Mid-century modern design and vibrant color inspired by Alexander Girard and Paolo Soleri combine with playful aesthetics and eclectic works by local artists from the Cattle Track Arts Compound.

Bungalows
The spirit of connection continues throughout the resort, where clusters of low-slung bungalows house just over 200 guest rooms and suites, each with its own front terrace, many with Mangaris wood-accented private patios, modern exterior furniture, and outdoor showers. Colorfully cushioned banco seating and teak tables are just right for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail al fresco, prepared with our complementary in-room mixers (pony-size spirits are available), and accompanied by locally curated snacks or something from the in-room dining menu.

The Retreat
On the south side of the property lies The Retreat at Andaz —set apart for the ultimate in exclusivity for wedding guests, corporate retreats, a celebrity get-away, or private social gathering with family and friends. This secluded, “resort within a resort” features four bungalows, with a total of 22 rooms surrounding a private pool and shaded lawn. The Albers House is The Retreat’s luxurious suite, furnished with chic, mid-century modern furnishings and eye-catching art, has plenty of space for entertaining, or keeping all to yourself. A cozy patio off the master bedroom is appointed with an outdoor shower. The private, exterior entertaining patio comes alive in the evening with a fire pit surrounded by cushioned banco seating. The views of Camelback Mountain will take your breath away, night or day. The Retreat is convenient to the Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary, Fitness Center, and meeting and event spaces.
